New Year Sadhana – Intention Workshop

Set your intentions for the year ahead – what you want to be,
experience and have in your life in 2016.
The 4 hour intention workshop provides an opportunity to
re-commit to your wellbeing, let go of the old and welcome the new, clarifying how you want to live in 2016.
The workshop includes:
• Guided meditations
• Vision board creation
• Daily practices
• Action steps and lots more
The fee includes the afternoon program, a printed workbook, art supplies and refreshments.

Learn to connect with your breath to stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system to calm and soothe your body and mind.
Explore techniques to help with stress, anxiety and insomnia.
Feel more calm, centred and grounded.
In this 3 hour workshop you will:
- Learn practical breathing techniques and simple yoga poses (no experience necessary)
- Discover ways to prepare for meditation
- Explore different styles of meditation.
Different strategies work for different people so it is helpful to have a few different techniques up your sleeve to help you find your calm and peaceful place. This enables you to function more harmoniously and effectively.
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience wanting to expand their knowledge.
