Meditation and Conscious Breathing

Wednesday 10-11am

Combine the health benefits and ambience of the salt rooms with the sense of deep relaxation from conscious breathing and meditation for a totally blissful hour. 

Each week we explore different breathing exercises and meditation including alternate nostril breathing, viloma breathing, mindfulness meditation, Japa meditation, yoga nidra and others.

ncludes salt room pass for the hour, the class itself and take home notes on the techniques used.

Meditation and Reiki

Thursday 7-8pm fortnightly

This beautiful one hour class combines the health benefits and ambience of the salt rooms with guided breathing exercises, a guided visualisation or meditation, followed by Reiki for those who would like it.

Ideal for someone who wants to feel more calm and peaceful, or who wants help with sleeping better at night or for respiratory or skin conditions.

This class frequently has a waiting list so booking well in advance is recommended.

Includes salt room pass for the hour, a guided meditation, Reiki (optional) and a handout on the topic of the class.
