Sonia Anear is a therapist with many years experience across a broad range of different modalities. She tailors her approach to suit each individual clients needs, offering treatments and classes to improve body movement, relieve pain and discomfort, aid relaxation and improve wellbeing. 


Whether you're out of balance, experiencing pain and discomfort or in need of relaxation and some much needed time out to recharge Sonia has a range of tools and strategies at her fingertips to assist you.

Originally trained as a Chiropractor over 20 years ago and co-owning a multi-disciplinary clinic in Sydney, Sonia now draws on her years of experience and diverse training to help you get back on track physically, mentally and emotionally. Bringing together her training as an EMMETT Technique Practitioner, Massage Therapist, My Health Yoga Healers Course Graduate, Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher to create the approach best suited to you. 

Based in the tropical North Queensland town of Townsville, Sonia is available for both one on one consultations and group classes. She has published her own guide book - One Breath at a Time- Strategies for Calm & Clarity and is a regular speaker at events.
